See what changed in March …

March 2021

Intensive track redevelopment is underway!

Despite unfavourable weather conditions and the difficulties caused by the pandemic, our major redevelopment of railway infrastructure components continues according to plan.
See a photo report from the project’s stages below.

To be continued...

The TRAKO2021 exhibition displaying rolling stock and work trains dedicated to rail industry is undergoing changes.

Traditionally, the exhibition of rolling stock and work trains dedicated to railway during the TRAKO Fair takes place on the railroad tracks located next to the Gdańsk-Stadion-EXPO platform. The location of this part of the TRAKO2021 exhibition will not be changed. The location of the exhibition will be changed definitely.

Currently, PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA is implementing a project entitled “The improvement in the infrastructure providing rail access to Port Gdańsk” as part of the EU instrument entitled Connecting Europe Facility – CEF. Intensive works, which are being conducted by a consortium of TORPOL S.A. and Intercor Sp. z o.o., are underway and include i.a. railroad tracks where the exhibition of rolling stock during the TRAKO Fair takes place. The reconstruction will change the quality of tracks positively, which will also benefit the venue of the exhibition. Below you can find pictures documenting the works, we will also keep you updated.

May all of you stay healthy and safe in such difficult times!
